Hello, I’m Alma, and it has been a true joy serving the Women’s Council of REALTORS® California over the past several years.

This Council has given me the opportunity to grow as a leader, build lasting relationships, and be continually inspired by the strength and heart of our members.

I’m excited to announce my candidacy for 2026 President-Elect and would be honored to continue this journey of service and leadership with you.

I’m especially grateful for the dedication and collaboration of our current and emerging leaders—your energy, vision, and commitment are the foundation of our success.

Together, we will continue to Inspire, Empower, and Lead with purpose, unity, and excellence.

Thank you for your trust and support!

Women’s Council is the opportunity to build Women Realtors into Women Realtor Leaders. Good leaders coach, guide and inspire others through their actions and words…especially when no one is watching. This is what Women’s Council teaches. Motivating through challenging times and helping guide people through the progression of their life paths. Yes, many organizations teach management techniques; how to create a business plan, a budget, standard operating procedures, etc. But, it’s how you teach management that creates leaders and that is what Women’s Council brings to the leadership journey. I feel I am just such a leader and this is why I ask for your vote for First Vice President for Women’s Council California.

Treasurer Candidates

Click here to Watch Video Theresa Miller -I'm running for the 2026 State Treasurer of the Women's Council of Realtors. As a first-time candidate, I'm excited to contribute to our community. This role isn't just about managing finances; it's about fostering teamwork and ensuring every member feels supported. My goal is to allocate resources that directly benefit you, whether through networking opportunities or leadership development. By collaborating with our amazing leadership team, we can create an environment where everyone thrives. The Women's Council is built on connection and shared success. Together, we can strengthen our organization and provide the tools for every member to achieve their goals. Thank you for considering my candidacy. Let's work together to make our council even better!

Click here to Watch Video  I am Savannah Nicole Hurst. I am your second year District Vice President in District 1, and I have been a member of the Sacramento Network since 2019. I would like to start off thanking the previous generation of leaders who got us to where we are today. But Women's Council is ready for a changing of the guard. Our council is hungry for the youthful energy my generation is ready to bring. I plan to do that by being active in our community and meeting members where they are. I, Savannah Nicole Hurst, sit before you running as treasurer, not for the next year, but as a commitment until the next generation is ready to take over.

State Liaison Candidates

My experience—three years in local leadership, two years as District Vice President, and extensive committee work—has prepared me for this role. I am confident that my knowledge, background, authenticity, and drive will allow me to excel in this position.

As the next State Liaison, I am committed to a seamless transition, knowing that most positions begin training and preparation after being elected. I am ready to serve, and I would be honored to have your vote for the 2026 CA State Liaison.

Thank you for your support!

Click here to Watch Video Sarah Oswald -As your CA District Vice President and former President of my local association, I had the privilege of serving our members at multiple levels and now, I am ready to bring that experience to the state level as your 2026 State Liaison.
During my presidency at Inland Valley, I led our network from 27 members to over 60. Doubling our strength through empathy, strategic problem-solving, and empowering members as leaders. I created a space where members feel heard, valued, and capable of creating their own leadership journeys.  Together, we built more than networks, we built lasting relationships, referrals, and a roadmap for leaders to follow.
Now, it is time to give back. I am running for Liaison to help lead our state networks by continuing the Women's Council mission which is to elevate women into the best version of themselves, both personally and professionally, within the industry and communities they serve.
With a serving heart, vision, and past experiences, I am ready to bridge local voices to the state level, support our networks, and create a legacy of leadership for generations to come.
Let's grow together. Vote Sarah Oswald for 2026 State Liaison.

Click her to Watch Video I am Nila Esposito, a dedicated REALTOR®, a passionate advocate for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and a champion for both our real estate industry and underserved communities.

In 2021, I had the honor of serving as President of the Inland Valley Network during one of the most challenging times in our history. Despite COVID restrictions, we stayed resilient. Our Network not only endured; it flourished. Through dedication, creativity, and teamwork, we strengthened our Network, and many of our leaders have since advanced to serve on Association Boards, CAR, and NAR Committees.

Women’s Council offers invaluable leadership pathways. Together, we make a difference, and our value is truly immense.

After my Presidency, I continued my commitment by serving on various WCR Committees and supporting Networks across the state. I believe in strong leadership built on professionalism, respect, and collaboration, even during challenging times.

With a career grounded in negotiation expertise, solution-driven thinking, and a heart for mentoring others, I am committed to strengthening our Networks, empowering future leaders, and ensuring every member feels connected and valued.

With my experience, integrity, and passion for service, I am ready to serve as your next State Liaison; with a heart to lead and a vision to elevate us all.

Your Vote is appreciated as your next Women's Council of REALTORS State Liaison.

Click here to Watch Video Eva Grarcia My “why” for being part of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® was born from a moment I’ll never forget-an “AHA” moment changed everything.
During the height of COVID-19, I delivered PPE to a client.  Her husband opened the door, holding a baby and a toddler, while she worked at an emergency hospital with just one mask per day. That night, I couldn’t sleep.  I kept asking myself, “What would my Brothers and Sisters of Woman Council of REALTORS®do?”
Inspired, conversation with the Napa City Council.  What followed was extraordinary:  our entire community – local government, nonprofits, and the Chamber of Commerce came together.  We collected enough PPE to support Napa and neighboring hospitals.
That moment embodied what Women’s Council of REALTORS® stands for – leadership in action, collaboration with impact, and service from the heart. You gave me courage to speak up, the tools to lead, and the support to grow.  It’s where I found my voice – and where I’ve seen others find theirs.
I share this story in hopes it inspires others to lead with heart, build lasting relationships, and believe in their ability to make a difference.

Click here to watch Video Maria Zvetina Joining Women's Council of REALTORS in 2017 has been the best decision I have made since becoming a REALTOR in 2016.  I have met many dedicated people interested in building my business, professionalism, leadership, and network.  I have grown professionally and encourage everyone to step up and blossom in Women's Council for who they are.
It's very important for us at Women's Council to help lead the way in Real Estate.  As we become the leaders of the future through the training we receive at the local, State and National levels we develop our messages and our resolve and our future leaders.  The 37 women from 9 states who gathered together as a group in 1938 knew what they were doing and worked for a fair and powerful voice.  I am here to help carry their message on!

WCR has played a huge role in my growth—not just as a broker and business owner, but as a leader with purpose. It’s where I found community, clarity, and the confidence to keep showing up, even when the path wasn’t easy.

As the 2025 Foothills West President, I’ve witnessed the impact of this network in real time. I’ve seen women step into leadership, find their voice, and transform their businesses through connection and collaboration.

My goal is to continue creating spaces where women are empowered, supported, and equipped to lead. Because when we lead together, we all go further.a
