Click here to Watch Video Sarah Oswald -As your CA District Vice President and former President of my local association, I had the privilege of serving our members at multiple levels and now, I am ready to bring that experience to the state level as your 2026 State Liaison. During my presidency at Inland Valley, I led our network from 27 members to over 60. Doubling our strength through empathy, strategic problem-solving, and empowering members as leaders. I created a space where members feel heard, valued, and capable of creating their own leadership journeys. Together, we built more than networks, we built lasting relationships, referrals, and a roadmap for leaders to follow. Now, it is time to give back. I am running for Liaison to help lead our state networks by continuing the Women's Council mission which is to elevate women into the best version of themselves, both personally and professionally, within the industry and communities they serve. With a serving heart, vision, and past experiences, I am ready to bridge local voices to the state level, support our networks, and create a legacy of leadership for generations to come. Let's grow together. Vote Sarah Oswald for 2026 State Liaison.

Click here to Watch Video I am Savannah Nicole Hurst. I am your second year District Vice President in District 1, and I have been a member of the Sacramento Network since 2019. I would like to start off thanking the previous generation of leaders who got us to where we are today. But Women's Council is ready for a changing of the guard. Our council is hungry for the youthful energy my generation is ready to bring. I plan to do that by being active in our community and meeting members where they are. I, Savannah Nicole Hurst, sit before you running as treasurer, not for the next year, but as a commitment until the next generation is ready to take over.

Click her to Watch Video I am Nila Esposito, a dedicated REALTOR®, a passionate advocate for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and a champion for both our real estate industry and underserved communities.
In 2021, I had the honor of serving as President of the Inland Valley Network during one of the most challenging times in our history. Despite COVID restrictions, we stayed resilient. Our Network not only endured; it flourished. Through dedication, creativity, and teamwork, we strengthened our Network, and many of our leaders have since advanced to serve on Association Boards, CAR, and NAR Committees.
Women’s Council offers invaluable leadership pathways. Together, we make a difference, and our value is truly immense.
After my Presidency, I continued my commitment by serving on various WCR Committees and supporting Networks across the state. I believe in strong leadership built on professionalism, respect, and collaboration, even during challenging times.
With a career grounded in negotiation expertise, solution-driven thinking, and a heart for mentoring others, I am committed to strengthening our Networks, empowering future leaders, and ensuring every member feels connected and valued.
With my experience, integrity, and passion for service, I am ready to serve as your next State Liaison; with a heart to lead and a vision to elevate us all.
Your Vote is appreciated as your next Women's Council of REALTORS State Liaison.
