At Women's Council of REALTORS® California, we believe our strength as a network comes from the relationships we build, the respect we show, and the example we set.

Our Code of Conduct establishes a shared commitment to professionalism, integrity, accountability, inclusivity, and mutual respect. These principles apply to every member, Board member, and leader, regardless of position or title.

As an organization dedicated to advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve, we recognize that how we treat one another is just as important as what we accomplish together.

We are here to empower, educate, connect, and elevate one another—not compete at the expense of others. By upholding our Code of Conduct, we foster an environment where members feel valued, diverse perspectives are welcomed, collaboration is encouraged, and future leaders are inspired to step forward.

Our leadership is reflected not only in what we accomplish, but in how we treat people along the way.
