Owner of Comfort Real Estate Services, Sher Heard is a lifelong real estate professional. She obtained her real estate license in 1985 a couple of months after she and her husband of almost 40 years Russ were married and transferred to Ventura for his job with Chevron Corporation. Sher has always loved being involved in the Ventura community where she now serves on the board of the Ventura Police Foundation. Her passion for empowering women led her to Women's Council in 2018, before serving as President of her local NAHREP Chapter, various youth sports organizations, and a board member of the Oxnard Boys and Girls Club, Ventura County Community Development Corporation a non-profit low income housing organization. Counseling buyers and sellers, old, young and in between on how to make the best decision of their lives....homeownership. She is a Presidents Circle member for the California Association of Realtors and serves on various committees and task forces. Helping others reach their goals and full potential is what fills her soul tank. You can find her, when she is not working, spending time with her 7 grandsons, or just walking her dog Mara with hubby. She is an avid traveler, reader and lifelong learner.
